Normal Delivery times The majority of the items on the website are made to order and we aim to dispatch all goods within 28 days of receiving cleared funds. For urgent orders, please contact Katiepie Designs on 0778 337 3982 as we are able to rush through urgent orders. Please call only in office hours 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively send an email to info@katiepie.co.uk . Posters are generally sent out within one week of receiving cleared funds.
Postage and Packing Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail standard post or parcel post depending on your order and the size of the package. If you require your order urgently you can pay and additional £5 for it to be sent by special delivery. Please contact contact Katiepie Designs if you wish to do this.
Standard UK delivery is £5 per item for all sizes of framed name prints and canvases. Posters and door name plaques are £3.50 for up to 2 all being sent to the same address.
Local Collection For anyone living near Hitchin you are welcome to collect your purchases free of charge.
Overseas Delivery Due to size restrictions on Royal Mail airmail services at present only the small name prints and posters can be sent overseas.

Returns Policy We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases from Katiepie Designs, but for your peace of mind we are happy to offer a full money back guarantee on all unpersonalised items. Simply contact Katiepie Designs immediately for a returns number and return the item within 7 days, in the original condition it was received and in original packaging with the returns number clearly written on the packaging.
It is advisable to return all items using a sign for service as Katiepie Designs will not be responsible for any losses. The customer will be given a full refund less postage and packing costs.
Personalised items can only be returned for refund or exchange if damaged in transit.
